National Pitbull Awareness Month Matching Grant from LD Studios Atlanta

by Lauren Schneidewind on November 2, 2015

November is National Pitbull Awareness Month. LD Studios announces a $2500 matching grant!

National Pitbull Awareness Month $2500 Matching Grant

Lauren Schneidewind and Daniel Rice are an amazing family and huge pitbull supporters! In 2003, Lauren adopted her first pitbull, Anni, from a humane society in Colorado. Within minutes of meeting Anni, and many puppy licks later, Lauren was in love and her life has never been the same since. They grew their family when they rescued another pitbull off the street, Sansa, a few years ago. Once again, they fell in love with pitbulls even more and on October 7, 2013 they adopted Jester, now Tyrion aka Ty (one of Celina’s puppies), from Friends To The Forlorn.

Lauren & Daniel wanted to take their love of pitbulls even further - by offering a $2500 MATCHING GRANT to FTTF during the month of October! For Pitbull Awareness Month, they will match every dollar donated through this fundraiser up to $2500 - that will give Friends to the Forlorn a total of $5000 DOLLARS to use to help save more dogs! We are so excited about this opportunity and even more honored and amazed by their generosity! This is an incredible chance for FTTF to make a huge difference!

To make your contribution, just donate via credit card using this fundraising page. (If you would prefer, you can also donate viaPayPal to but you MUST include “For PBAD Matching Grant” in the comments.) To be match eligible, your donation must be made by October 31, 2015.
